What was originally a crazy sports bet has turned into one of the biggest student festivals in France!
In 1972, INSA students set themselves a challenge: to ride around Halls A and B on the campus on bikes for 24 hours. The “24 hours” was born! The event has now become a renowned music festival that attracts over 7,000 people per evening every year.
Although the event has evolved over the years, the traditional 24-hour race (by bike, on foot or as a triathlon) still takes place. Activities are also organized on the campus throughout the day to entertain the crowds of over 20,000 people each day!
On the fringes of this festival, the BD Manga Club will also be holding its 21st “Festival de BéDéologie” on May 20 and 21. This event, which targets all comic fans, will be inviting authors from the Lyon region and elsewhere.
