EURINSA is celebrating its 25th anniversary through music!
Following a grand opening concert in October 2016, the melodic sounds of the Grand Ensemble des Voix et Musiques des Peuples d’Europe will once again echo through the Rotonde des Humanités. The program looks set to be varied, including a Lyon renaissance drinking song, a Ukrainian waltz, a Turkish love song and a Swedish polka 23 musicians and singers – students, doctoral students, former students, teacher-researchers or guests – reveal the richness and diversity of European musical heritage. The repertoire pays tribute to the migration of peoples who have enriched European culture, just like the students of the international sections who enrich INSA.
Students of the CUID association (European Cultures and Identities) will put on a European buffet.
The EURINSA section, created in 1991, takes in around 100 first-year students, approximately 50% of whom are foreign students from European countries. It prepares them right from the start of their graduate studies for the international requirements that are essential in the engineering profession today.
